  1. Brooke-I am really excited to see your blog! Just alittle bit about me....I am originally from Woonsocket & I knew your Grandma Kathy (she used to cut my hair when I was in high school) at the beauty shop in your Great-Grandma's house!! I also know your Mom as I am a nurse at Queen of Peace. I have seen your cake pictures on your mom's facebook page-they are pretty awesome!!! I like to bake also, but cookies are really my thing! along with party food for family gatherings. Here is my chicken wing recipe- I make them for Sunday afternoon football games- I think they are pretty tastey!
    2 & 1/2 # of chicken wings/drummies
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce of your liking
    1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of soy sauce (lite kind)
Bake chicken pieces on a foil lined cookie sheet(easier clean-up) @ 350 degrees until about 3/4 done. Mix sauce ingredients together & coat chicken pieces & marinate several hours or overnight if you wish. Then when ready to finish-- bake on foil lines cookie sheet @ 350 turning frequently until done/tender.
I like this recipe as there aren't a bunch of ingredients in it & you can do it ahead of time if you wish & just finish them on the day you need them. Good Luck with your Holiday baking!! Merry Christmas to your family...say Hi to Grandma Kathy!!
