if you guys are coffe fans here is a good way to do a helthy coffe drink!
you will need coffe creamer powder (eney kind ) water
add the creamer to the coffe before you put in the coffe maker
and then once the coffe is done add about 1tsp. of splenda to a coffe mug or a cup doesnt matter and then add some more creamer (1tsp.) pore coffe into mug or cup and stir up and then.........

Bruschetta

Well tonight I'm making bruschetta
5 large tomatoes
4 basil leafs
1/3c. Balsamic
3tbls extra virgin olive oil
garlic

Chop Tomatoes,basil leafs,and garlic
Then put in a big bole and add oil and balsamic
Mix together and let sit in fridge for about an hour then...ENJOY BoMbErS bAkErY
